I had full intentions of working on manga today, but I just found out that my mother has recruited the entire family to go and see X3 in the late afternoon. The problem there is that I haven't seen the first two movies in a long time, and need to re-watch them before seeing X3. So, there goes my afternoon. XD
I shall hopefully be able to get the manga chapter out tomorrow instead.
And, Worlds Apart fans, hang in there. I made a storyline breakthrough yesterday and can hopefully get things finished up soon. Keep sticking with me. I love you guys.

Nintendo has released additional details on the... Err... Much antici--Well, maybe "anticipated" is too strong a word. In any case, Mogitate Tingle Bara Iro Rupee Land, which translates to Fresh Tingle's Rose Coloured Rupee Land, and was formerly known as Tingle RPG, has had some new info released.
Apparently, in the game, Tingle embarks on a quest to find rupees, which he then throws into a magical spring to transport to Rupee Land. Before entering Rupee Land, Tingle looked quite different from the Tingle we've come to know. However, upon entering Rupee Land, he transforms himself into the Tingle we know and love. Collecting rupees seems to be the main purpose in the game. When Tingle collects more rupees, he is able to unlock new gates and help people in Rupee Land.
I'm sure you're all dying to learn more about this game, so we'll have more info on it as it becomes available.

Here comes some more Oracle of Ages action. Chapter 4 is done.
I would've gotten it up last night, but I had something come up.
Man, I've been waiting SO long for this. Raven is so hawt. XD *fangirl spaz*
Edit: Yay, typos! *mumbles* A mistake on page 10 has been corrected, and a new RAR is up.

I just wanted to give my input on something real quick.
TSA informed me yesterday that there's a lot of controversy over the translation of the title for the new Tingle game, and he wanted to get my opinion on it. Some are saying Fresh Tingle's Rose Colored Rupee Land, and others are saying Freshly-Picked Tingle's Pink-Colored Rupee Land. Both are about the same, but if you want to get really picky, I don't think either of those is completely correct.
It seems to me that the problem arises entirely out of the placement of the words in the title. In things like this (and in songs), the Japanese sentence structure sometimes falls apart completely, which leaves you to re-assemble it in as cohesive a manner as possible. I run into this problem a lot when translating the manga.
Given that problem, I would re-arrange the words in the title to form "Tingle's Freshly-Picked Rose-Colored Rupee Land".
I do not believe the "Mogitate", which is the "freshly-picked" part, refers to Tingle at all, even though it comes right before the noun. Given the context, I think it's another adjective for the Rupee Land that was placed in a strange place. It happens.
Nitpicking the title to this game won't matter in the long run, because I'm sure that if the game comes to domestic shores, the name will change. But I just wanted to throw my two cents on the table like everyone else.

Hey, all. As you've probably noticed, the manga's late. I spent today visiting my grandmother. I'll try to get it out tomorrow or later in the weekend.
Also, my e-mail has been spam-bombed lately, and I'm sick of it. So I've started having it forward all of the mail that goes to my address to a Gmail account, hoping that Gmail's awesome spam filter will catch most of the junk I get at my Z-I account. It also gives me a much better filing system to work with, so I'm less likely to lose important e-mails.
Basically, if you were expecting to hear from me on something, you might want to drop me another e-mail. I've lost so much in the sea of spam. Let's hope this Gmail experiment works.

There's a big smile on my face right now. Why? I just finished watching Part 1 of the Legend of Link fan movie that just came out.
I'm pretty impressed, I have to say. The scenery alone is spectacular.
You should watch it. Like, now.
Get yourself a snack or something - it's about 45 minutes long.
Also, don't take it too seriously. It's meant to be funny. If you go into it expecting to take it lightly, as it's meant to be taken, then you'll love it.
Edit: Just to clarify... You may remember this trailer that came out a little while ago. This is not that movie - this is a different one.

It seems as though the Games section hasn't been getting much attention lately. The Twilight Princess section hasn't even been updated in a year - since 6/25/05. Oops. That's probably my fault, so I apologize. Everything's been updated with all the info we have, so check it out if you haven't been keeping up with our updates.

Y'know, I would be completely lying to myself if I thought I'd be able to get the manga out this week. Been busy up to this point, and now not only is there Father's Day going on, but we also have two family birthdays this weekend, one of which is my own.
So sorry. I shall try to get back on schedule next week.

Hey all! In case any of you liked Part 1 that GR posted earlier, Part 2 of Legend of Link is now online. I haven't gotten around to watching it yet, I'll probably do so after class, but hopefully it is amusing as Part 1.

Omg, hi.
Okay, so here's the deal. Yes, I will be working on the manga this weekend, despite having two exams next Thursday. Blegh.
The reason for this update is to inform everyone that the "Manga Friday" schedule will most likely fall apart into an "ASAP" schedule. The reason for this is that while I still have Fridays off of school, I have just secured a job. It's a summer job for now, and has a possibility of extending farther into the school year, if things work out. I got a job at a videogame store - how cool is that? I get keys and everything.
I start my training tomorrow at 10am - the time when I would normally start the manga chapter.
So, here's the bottom line: I will continue to translate manga. It will no longer be released on a set schedule. At least while I have this job.
What'll probably end up happening is that I will commit myself to working on it for a couple hours here, a couple hours there, and so on, over the course of the week until it's finished. While I no longer have a set goal for chapter releases, I'll try to keep at least some standard of timeliness.
Thank you for your understanding. I shall get chapter 5 of OoA out as soon as I can.
