Ugh. I've been swamped with a lot more work this weekend than I was expecting. All of my classes have major tests coming up at the same time, further proving my theory that college professors conspire against the students.

So sorry, but I won't be able to work on the manga this week as a result. I just can't dedicate an entire six or seven hour block to getting a chapter done. Manga Fridays will resume next week.
Thanks for your patience.

Manga Friday, yay!
I AM working on manga today, but I just wanted to let you know that it could be a tad late. I got a late start today and have a social engagement this evening. I'll try my best to get it done before I have to leave, but I might not. Worst case senario, it'll be up tomorrow afternoon.

Keep watch on this announcement - I'll just edit it when I get the manga up - I won't post a new one.

Edit 1: Yeah, it's not gonna be done tonight. Watch for it tomorrow.

Edit 2: Chapter 7 is up. Sorry for the delay.

Also, as a side note... I was cruising Akira Himegawa's website a couple days ago, looking for news on the upcoming Minish Cap manga, and their announcement talked about how we seem to be dealing with a different Link every time, and they playfully mused, "Will the "Adult Link" long-awaited by fans appear next time, I wonder...?"
Does this mean that they could possibly be planning on a Twilight Princess manga? I sure hope so. XD

Total Video Games is reporting that Best Buy has stated that TP will not ship before November, very near to the suspected release date for Revolution. It should be noted however, that retailers very often make up release dates, just so that they will have something to put into their computers, so this should be treated as a rumour until Nintendo confirms or denies it.

Well have more on TP as it becomes available.

Nintendojo is reporting that Best Buy has sent out a correction e-mail regarding TP being released in November. Best Buy says that they made a mistake, and that TP is actaully scheduled for an April release date.

I'm sure Zelda fans around the world are collectively releasing a sigh of relief at this news.

The Z-I staff will have more on TP's release date as it becomes available.

It's Manga Friday again, and Chapter 8 is ready to go!

In other manga news, the Minish Cap manga has been released, and thanks to the oh-so-wonderful Ebay, my copy is in the mail. You can bet that it's on my to-translate list.

Reggie Fils-Aime has confirmed on Spike TV's "Game Head" that Twilight Princess will be pushed back until Fall 2006. The official release date will be announced at this year's E3. The game is still scheduled to be released for the GameCube.

Reggie has confirmed to EGM that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will indeed feature Revolution functionality, when played on Nintendo's next-gen system.

Hey, everyone!
First thing. I've been stupidly busy the past couple of weeks and had a bunch of e-mail backed up. I've answered what needed answering. If you sent me an e-mail that required a response of some sort and you haven't gotten one, you may want to e-mail me again, because I was recently spam-bombed out of nowhere and it may have gotten lost.

Secondly, and more importantly. Manga fans, I need your input.
As you know, the Minish Cap manga has just come out. My copy is in the mail, and I expect to get it any day now.
Those that have been following my work since Day 1 have noticed that I've been translating the mangas in the order of their release. According to that order, the Oracle of Ages manga would be next on my list.
But I was thinking about it a little recently. All of the mangas I've done so far are available elsewhere - different versions of scanlations already exist, so those that are impatient may read ahead if they wish. However, Minish Cap is so new that it's not yet available on any website.

So, my question is this: Should I stray away from the release-order method long enough to translate Minish Cap before going back and doing Oracle of Ages, or would you all rather I just stay on track and do Oracle of Ages next?
Please answer in the new poll appearing on our site, on the right side of your screen.
We have a new poll system - the poll is actually located on the boards and the poll thingy here on the site tracks the votes from there. Our PHP-genius Draknek set that up. You can just follow the "Vote here" link at the bottom of the poll to get directed to the topic, where you can cast your vote. You DO NOT have to be registered at the boards in order to vote, so don't worry about that. Of course, if you'd like to register while you're there, that'd be cool, but you don't have to. ^_^

In any case, I'll be done with Oracle of Seasons in two or three weeks, so please vote in the poll ASAP so I know where to go next. Thanks!

Oh, how I love Manga Friday. OoS Chapter 9 is ready for your reading pleasure. There's only one more chapter in this book, so by this time next week, we'll be ready to move on to the next one.

As for which book the next one will be... that's for you to decide. Just remember to vote in the poll on the right side of your screen. Thanks!

Oh, and also, one more thing. For those that would prefer to download the chapters in bundles to read rather than reading them in our page-by-page system online, we'll soon be offering the chapters in bundles in addition to the page-by-page presentation. It'll require a little preparation, so I'll let you know when we get it set up.
