I meant to have this up last night, but the horribleness of Javscript and the evilness of Internet Explorer conspired to prevent that happening.

Have an Advent Calendar. It's kinda crappy, but it's just for the spirit of things.

Thanks go to my friend Kraziee, for inspiring me, and my brother, for debugging the Javascript.

Next weekend, I might finally get back round to those LttP maps. For this weekend, though, I've uploaded the half-complete LttP Heart Piece guide. I'm going to add to this as I get to them in the game.

In Zelda news, it has been reported that as well as Four Swords and Tetra's Trackers, the Four Swords disc will contain two single player games. One is called "Shadow Battle", and involves a stream of enemies constantly attacking Link. The other is named "Hyrule Adventure", and is a more traditional story-based game. Or so the folks at 1UP say.

Hey there fellow Zelda Infinitians! I've got some new information concerning Nintendo's next Zelda release, The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Plus. According to Gamespot, and as I previously reported, both the Four Swords and Tetra's Trackers will be released on a single disk. However, Gamespot also reports that Tetra's Tracker has been renamed Navi's Tracker. So it sounds like we will be hearing lots more "Hey!" "Look" "Listen" or something similar. Anyway, this voice will be advising the player during mini games. A cool feature of this voice, is that if the player enters their name into the game, then this voice will call them by name!

Also, Four Swords has been renamed Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Adventure.

A new game has also been added into the mix. The Legend of Zelda: Shadow Battle, is a game which pits up to four different Links against each other in a battle to the finish.

Apparently these games will NOT need a GBA to be played, although they can be used if a player has one available to them. Players without GBA will just have a small portion of the screen blocked off where they will be able to control their character when they move away from the other players.

Finally, these games will all feature single player modes. Hyrule's Adventure will have it's own story-line to work through, and Navi's Trackers will feature Tingle as a computer controlled player to compete against you.

It seems that this game is beginning to shape up a little bit. This recent news has certainly increased my curiosity about this game. How about you? Write in to the Zelda-Infinite mail-bag: mailbox@zelda-infinite.com and tell us what you think!

Wallpaper update this weekend.

I've uploaded 3 new official SSBM wallpapers, a Majora's Mask wallpaper, and a Nintendo wallpaper.

I've also tweaked the main wallpaper page so that the default isn't to display all of them on one page (very bad for 64k modems).

Finally, I've been asked to plug http://www.fengs-shui.com, a fanfiction storage site for two talented individuals, including a Zelda fanfiction I highly recommend, named 'The Return'.

Merry Christmas!

For your present, how does a load of wallpapers sound? Because that's what I have.

Soul Calibur II wallpapers : two official wallpapers from the Official site and three semi-official ones, in that the background and inspiration are stolen from an official paper from NOE.

Melora of History of Hyrule very kindly offered the use of some of her awesome wallpapers recently. Most can be found in the OoT section, although there are still more at her site.

I also updated the poll, even though there isn't a rat's chance of drinking bleach of my actually getting round to doing anything.
