You're probably wondering why it's taking me so long to get manga chapters out. I thought I at least owed you all an explaination.
School is being really hard on me right now. I have as full a load as the college will let me have, and I have to kill myself just to keep up, let alone do well. I just can't keep up with my translation project like I was able to do over the summer. I continue my work, but unfortunately, all of my exams, midterms, speeches, and projects come first.
I just wanted to thank everybody for being patient with me while I work to keep my life on track.
Things will calm down significantly after this semester is over, in mid-December. Until then, manga work will be slow. Gomennasai. -_-
To occupy yourselves until I get the next chapter done, you can go read my interview in this month's issue of the Harkinian over at Rauru's Return. ^_^

My e-mail box is backed up. If you e-mailed me and haven't gotten a response yet, don't give up on me. I've just been so busy, as I already explained. Sorry sorry sorry. -_-
I'll try to wade through it sometime this week.
This especially applies to those that have recently sent me website URLs for the links section. I still have them all - I just haven't gotten around to it.
I'm having a bad month. Sorry.

There seems to be rumors going around that the Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess would be developed for the Revolution and not the GameCube due to the delay. This is not true, as confirmed by a Nintendo spokesperson. Remember, the delay is to add new elements to the game, so no worries, okay guys? ^_^ Confirmation articles can be found at IGN and the GamesIndustry websites.

Sorry, no manga yet. School's still being mean to me. Next week at the LATEST, I promise. Maybe even this weekend.
But I do have some good news. I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.
Sorry, had to.
Seriously, though. One of the board members pointed me toward an article at Nintendojo that states that Twilight Princess may have over 100 hours of potential gameplay. That alone, I think, is worth this extra wait.

We here at Zelda Infinite would like to wish Shigeru Miyamoto, legendary creator of many of Nintendo's cherished franchises, including Zelda, a very happy 53rd birthday. Let's hope he's around, creating games for us to enjoy, for another 53!

I've been a busy bee this evening.
Firstly, I finished the long-awaited and long-delayed manga chapter. Din is SO awesome.
Secondly, I finally had an hour to spend sifting through my e-mail inbox. I responded to some of the e-mails that required a response, forwarded fanart submissions to the right people, and to anybody that sent me a link for the Links section in the last month and a half: those are up now, at least the ones that still worked.
Thanks again for your patience with silly GR, everyone. Remember - winter break is coming soon. I'm counting the days.

According to Nintendojo.com, Amazon.com has posted a May 15 release date for Twilight Princess. Of course, Amazon.com has posted inaccurate release dates in the past, but it is possible that they know something we don't.
In other news, Nintendo VP Reggie Fils-Aime was interviewed by Club Nintendo and spoke about the possibility of a Zelda movie. He explained that after work on the Metroid movie finishes up, that Zelda would be next in line to hit the big screen.
We'll have more on these two stories as they develop.

As it has been reported on ZeldaBlog, apparently, there actually isn't a Zelda movie in the works. Some people cry, some people sigh with relief. Either way, it's not happening right now.
Club Nintendo has stated that they misinterpreted what Reggie Fils-Aime (Nintendo's chief marketing officer) had said, and they assume all responsibility for the mistake.
Whether or not a Zelda movie is in our distant future has yet to be determined. But it seems that it won't be anytime soon.
Also, I've scanned in the pages from the next manga chapter, and will probably begin the translation tomorrow. Hope everybody had a nice Thanksgiving.

According to Nintendojo.com, Nintendo has patented it virtual console idea, which is supposed to debut with the launch of its next-generation console, code-named Revolution.
For those of you unfamiliar with the term virtual console, it is basically the means by which Nintendo will allow people to download their favourite, classic Nintendo games, such as The Legend of Zelda. The available games will be drawn from all Nintendo home-consoles up to, and including, the Nintendo 64.
Apparently, the games will be categorized according to series, rather than the system on which they appeared. For example, all of the Zelda games would be listed together; however, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Super Mario World would not be listed on the same page.
We'll have more on the Nintendo Revolution as we draw closer to its full unveiling on May 9, 2006.
