More LttP Maps are up - for the Sewers and the East Palace. I officially hate darkened rooms.

There probably won't be another update until at least next weekend. Very probably later. Possibly never, if I die a bloody death at the hands of my Computing teachers.

Good news folks! NoA has recently confirmed the release of the Zelda Compilation disk consisting of Zelda 1, Zelda 2, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask and a demo of Wind Waker. This item will be released on November 17 (in North America), and you get it FREE when you purchace a new Nintendo Gamecube. Those of you who already own a GameCube must not dispare however, as Nintendo is willing to give you a copy when you register your GameCube with them as well as two of their newest games (I'll post the list later when I have more time). Also, the game will be given to people who renew or subscribe to NINTENDO Power Magazine. That's all for now.

Alright fellow ZIers, I'm back from class, so I can post the list of games applicable for registering with your GameCube to get your very own FREE copy of the Legend of Zelda Compilation disk. Once again, this disk consists of: The Legend of Zelda, The Legend of Zelda: The Adventure of Link, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, and a demo of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

Without further ado, onto the list: Mario Kart Double Dash!!, Mario Party 5, Mario & Luigi, Superstar Saga, and 1080 Avalanche. Now remember, you have to register TWO of these games as well as your GameCube to get the Compilation Disk.

I also forgot to mention it before, but if this method, or the other two mentioned in my previous update do not work for you, you'll most likely be able to grab a copy of the game of Ebay.

I probably should have included this in one of my previous two updates, but I'm afraid that it slipped my mind. In any case, more updates makes the site seems livelier . Anyway, Nintendo of Europe recently anounced the release of the Legend of Zelda Compilation disk as well. In fact those of you in Europe will be getting it a little bit earlier than North Americans. On November 14, you can pick up a Mario Kart: Double Dash!! themed GameCube and get a free copy of the Zelda Compilation disk. Get all this for the low, low (at least I think it's low) price of 149 Euros. As for getting this game through other other means like the ones available in Canada and the US, I'm not sure. I'll be sure and post again when I have the answer to that question however. That's all for now!

2 weeks later, the homework seems to be looming less. Not that I've actually done much.

So, another LttP map is up. I'm getting used to the nuances now. Stupid 256x222 viewports for 256x256 rooms.

More coming by the weekend.

Today is a very special occasion for Nintendo fans. Today is of course the 51st birthday of Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of Mario, Zelda, and many more of Nintendo's famous franchises. We here at Zelda-Infinite would like to wish him a very happy birthday, and thank him for all the fun and excitment that he has provided us with over the years.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Mr. Miyamoto!

No updates this weekend, it seems. I've been working on a pet project of mine.

One way or another, though, by next weekend, it's highly unlikely I'll still be working on it, so expect another Map update then.

Nintendo of Canada annouced the other day that they had finally ended Sony's reign at the top of the video game market. Gameboy Advance took the top spot while GameCube followed in second. The Nintendo GameCube managed to grab over 40 percent of the console market for the month of November, a huge increase over their October sales from last year. This is a great start for Nintendo heading into the holiday season. Be proud Canada, we're finally putting Nintendo back on top where it deserves to be.

Hello fellow Zelda Fans! Word from nintendojo.com states that Japane will be getting some Zelda in the new year. That's right, The Four Swords (the GAMECUBE version) will be release in the land of the rising sun early next year. Apparently, the less interesting looking Tetra's Trackers will also be included on The Four Swords disk. This is happy news as The Four Swords on the GAMECUBE sounds like an interesting idea, and maybe Tetra's Trackers won't be that bad... Well at least you won't have to pay extra for it...
