First off, we don't care about the number of hits you get. That's not what this is about.
But on the other side of that, we do expect an affiliate site to be well-established, with easy navigation and good content. Y'know, the usual stuff.
We have nothing against newbie sites. Everyone has to start somewhere, right? But we only have so many affiliation spots - we just can't accept everybody. So unless your brand-new site is offering something wildly unique, you probably won't be accepted for full-blown affiliation, just as a general rule.
